Diplomas

Diplomas are processed within 2 to 4 weeks following the official degree conferral. Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks. As a result, you can expect to receive your diploma within 3 to 6 weeks from your conferral date.

Diplomas are mailed to the address provided on your Degree Completion Application. If your address changes after submitting the application, please notify us by emailing diplomas@academere.edu with your updated information.

Please note: If you do not receive your diploma and fail to notify the university within one year of the original mailing date, you will be required to place a reorder.

All diplomas will include the student’s full name, grade level completed (e.g., Kindergarten, 5th Grade, 8th Grade, or 12th Grade), and the date of completion. Please note that electives or minors are not listed on the diploma.

All diplomas will display the name “Academere”, whether the student completed their studies through our online program or on-campus classes.

Diplomas are shipped to the address provided on the graduation application. If your name or address changes after submitting your application, please contact us at diplomas@academere.com to ensure your diploma is sent to the correct location.

Please note: The address listed in your general school records or parent portal may not match the one used for diploma mailing. Always confirm or update your information through the graduation process.
